Bottle Blowing Machine:

Working Principle of the Bottle Blowing Machine: The PET preform is heated. It is softened by infrared heating. The heated preform is then conveyed to the bottle blowing mold. At the same time, high-pressure air is injected into the preform, causing it to expand horizontally and conform to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and shaping, the final bottle shape is formed.
Components of the Bottle Blowing Machine: Preform heating system, preform conveying system, bottle blowing mold, stretch blow molding system, cooling system (chiller), air compressor, air storage tank, refrigerated air dryer, and air filter.
Regarding the bottle mold, we can design any shape you desire. By changing the mold, you can produce multiple types of bottles with one machine.
Types of Bottle Blowing Machines: We have bottle blowing machines with a capacity ranging from 10-2000ml, bottle blowing machines with a capacity from 3 liters to 10 liters, and bottle blowing machines with a capacity from 10 to 20 liters. We have both semi-automatic and automatic bottle blowing machines.
The automatic bottle blowing machine can be connected to the filling machine through air conveying, and the bottle unscrambler can also be connected to the filling machine.

Water Treatment:

Classification: There are reverse osmosis water treatment machines, ultrafiltration water treatment machines, bipolar reverse osmosis machines, reverse osmosis with EDI electrolysis devices, reverse osmosis with electrolysis devices for producing weakly alkaline water, and seawater desalination water treatment.
In a bottled water filling line, a reverse osmosis water treatment machine is usually configured.
Working Principle of Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment: The machine forces water through a semi-permeable membrane under high pressure, removing dissolved salts, organic matters, bacteria, viruses and other impurities in the water, so as to obtain high-purity water.
Components: Raw water tank, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softening filter, precision filter, reverse osmosis membrane, ultraviolet sterilizer, ozone generator, ozone mixing tower, pure water tank.

Three-in-One water filling machine:

Working Principle: The empty bottles are blown into the main machine by the fan through the air conveying system. Firstly, the empty bottles enter the rinsing section after being turned over. Then, with the rotation of the dial wheel, they move to the filling section. After making a full circle in the filling section, the bottles are just filled. The capping machine conveys the scattered caps to the capping section, where they meet the filled bottles. The caps are hung on the bottle mouths through a mechanical structure, and then the capping section tightens the caps onto the bottles. The bottles are conveyed out of the main machine on the conveying line and enter the next machine.
Components: Main machine (the rinsing section, filling section, and capping section are integrated into one frame), bottle inlet air conveying system, chain plate lifting capping machine, bottle outlet chain plate conveying system, and lamp inspection device.
Output Classification: 1000 bottles per hour, 3000 bph, 5000 bph, 8000 bph, 10000 bph, 15000 bph, 20000 bph, 30000 bph, 50000 bph. We can customize production lines with different speeds according to customers’ requirements.

Labeling Machine:

Classification: There are four types of labels, namely self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeve labels, hot melt adhesive OPP labels, and paper labels, and correspondingly, there are four types of labeling machines. They are self-adhesive labeling machines, shrink sleeve labeling machines, OPP hot melt adhesive labeling machines, and cold glue paper label labeling machines. We only provide the machines, and customers need to purchase the labels by themselves. We can also help customers purchase labels on their behalf.
Different bottle shapes and sizes will result in different labeling machines, and the way the labels are applied on the bottles will also lead to differences in the machines. For example, there are single-label circular bottle labeling, single-label two-sided labeling, single-label three-sided labeling, double-label front and back two-sided labeling, and a bottle with three labels, etc.
The labeling machine is used in conjunction with the coding machine, which prints the production date on the bottles. The labeling machine is connected to the filling machine and the shrink wrapping machine through the conveying system. We can recommend suitable models to customers according to the production line speed, bottle shape, and label size.

Shrink Wrapping Machine:

Working Principle: The shrink wrapping machine is composed of a conveying part, a bottle separating part, a shrink wrapping part, and a shrink oven. The conveying part of the shrink wrapping machine is relatively wide and is docked with the conveying part of the production line. There is a bottle separating plate on the conveying part. The bottle separating device and the grouping device divide the bottles into groups, which then enter the shrink wrapping part. The shrink wrapping part wraps a group of bottles and immediately sends them into the shrink oven. The shrink oven uses an electric heating method to tightly shrink the film onto the group of bottles. In this way, the loose bottles are packaged together, making it convenient for transportation.
The width of the film is designed according to the size of a group of bottles required by the customer. The conveying of a group of bottles can be in any form. The most common ones are a group of 34 = 12 bottles and a group of 46 = 24 bottles.
Output Classification: There are transparent film shrink wrapping machines, colored film shrink wrapping machines (with printed patterns on the film), and shrink wrapping machines with bottom trays.

Palletizer, Pallet Dispenser, and Pallet Wrapping Machine:

Palletizer:

The palletizer picks up the bottles wrapped in film one by one and places them on the pallet. The pallets are automatically distributed by the pallet dispenser. After a stack of bottles is palletized, it is conveyed to the turntable of the pallet wrapping machine via rollers. When the photoelectric sensor detects that the pallet is in place, the turntable starts to rotate, and the film will be wrapped around the stacked bottles. This makes the stack of bottles more stable during transportation, prevents the bottles from falling, and facilitates the transportation of the stack to supermarkets by forklift.
There are various types of palletizers, including those that pick up items by air pressure suction and those that use robotic arms for gripping. In terms of structure, there are column-type and gantry-type palletizers. The column-type is suitable for small-scale production lines, while the gantry-type is suitable for large-scale production lines, which has higher stability and load-bearing capacity.

Pallet Dispenser:

The pallet dispenser can automatically distribute pallets. The pallets are the trays at the bottom of the stack used to support the bottles. If the customer also needs partition boards, another machine is required to achieve this. Placing the bottom pallets and partition boards can also be done manually, but automated equipment can improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Pallet Wrapping Machine:

The wrapping machines are divided into pallet rotating wrapping machines and non-rotating pallet arm-type wrapping machines. If the pallet rotates stably, an automatic wrapping machine can be selected. If the pallet is very tall and rotation may cause the items to fall, a non-rotating pallet arm-type wrapping machine is required. The arm-type wrapping machine wraps the film around the pallet through the rotation of the arm, which is suitable for high pallets or pallets with irregular shapes.
