Filling Machines:

As the core of the entire production line, filling machines are meticulously designed according to the characteristics of different liquids.
For paste products like shampoo cream and cosmetic cream
Piston – type filling machines are used. Through high – precision piston movements, quantitative filling is achieved. This type of filling machine has excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing paste leakage. It ensures a filling accuracy of ±1% and can meet the requirements of different packaging specifications, whether it’s small – capacity trial packs or large – capacity family packs.
For liquids with good fluidity such as body wash, laundry detergent, and hand sanitizer
Flow – meter filling machines are equipped. They use electromagnetic flow – meters to accurately measure the liquid flow, featuring high – speed and high – precision filling with an accuracy of up to ±0.5%. Meanwhile, in response to the possible foam problem of such products, the filling machines adopt anti – foam designs, such as slow – filling and vacuum – filling technologies, to guarantee the filling quality.
For volatile and high – value liquids like perfume and essential oil
Negative – pressure filling machines are employed. They use vacuum suction to draw the liquid into the packaging container, avoiding volatile losses. Our company only provides these systems. Customers have to buy the labels themselves. Additionally, we are able to assist customers in the purchase of labels.
The variety of bottle shapes and sizes often calls for different types of labeling systems. Moreover, the method of attaching labels to bottles results in different system designs. For example, there are single – sided round – bottle labeling systems, single – sided two – sided labeling systems, single – sided three – sided labeling systems, double – label front – and – back two – sided labeling systems, and systems for attaching three labels to one bottle.
Labeling systems are commonly used in coordination with coding systems. Coding systems can print the production date on the bottles. The labeling system is connected to the filling system and the film – wrapping system via a conveyor. Palletizing Systems, Pallet Stack Dispensers, and Pallet Stretch – Film Wrapping Units

Palletizing Systems
Palletizing systems carefully pick up the film – wrapped bottles one at a time and place them onto pallets. The pallets are automatically dispensed by the pallet stack dispensers. After a stack of bottles has been neatly palletized, it is transported to the turntable of the pallet stretch – film wrapping unit via roller conveyors. When the photoelectric sensor detects the proper positioning of the pallet, the turntable starts to revolve, and the stretch film is wound around the stacked bottles. This ensures the stability of the bottle stack during transportation, preventing any bottles from falling and allowing for easy forklift movement to supermarkets.
There are diverse types of palletizing systems. Some rely on air – pressure – based suction to pick up bottles, while others utilize robotic grippers. Structurally, there are column – based and gantry – based palletizing systems. The column – based systems are ideal for small – scale production lines, and the gantry – based systems, which offer enhanced stability and greater load – bearing capabilities, are suitable for large – scale production lines.
Pallet Stack Dispensers
Pallet stack dispensers are capable of automatically distributing pallets. The pallets are the trays at the base of the stack that support the bottles. If the customer requires separator boards, an additional machine is necessary to handle this function. Placing the bottom pallets and separator boards can be accomplished manually, but automated equipment can boost efficiency and reduce labor expenses.
Pallet Stretch – Film Wrapping Units
Stretch – film wrapping units are categorized into self – rotating pallet stretch – film wrapping units and non – rotating boom – type stretch – film wrapping units. If the self – rotation of the pallet is stable, an automatic stretch – film wrapping unit can be selected. If the pallet is extremely high and self – rotation might cause items to tumble, a non – rotating boom – type stretch – film wrapping unit should be opted for. The boom – type stretch – film wrapping unit wraps the film around the pallet by rotating its boom, making it suitable for high – stack pallets or pallets with irregular forms.
