PE film shrink wrapping machine:

Film wrapping machines are generally located at the end of the production line. A film wrapping machine typically consists of a bottle infeed conveyor, a film cutting section, and a shrinking oven. The bottle infeed conveyor is equipped with a bottle dividing plate that can divide the bottles into multiple rows. After the film cutting section wraps a group of bottles, they immediately enter the shrinking oven. The shrinking oven operates by means of electric heating, which tightly shrinks the film onto the group of bottles. In this way, the loose bottles form a package that is convenient for transportation.
The selection of a film wrapping machine should be based on the speed of the filling machine. The speed of the film wrapping machine should meet the speed requirements of the filling machine.
There are various forms of film packaging, including PE transparent film packaging, packaging with a bottom tray, glass – bottle film packaging, printed film packaging, and carton film packaging.
The products suitable for film packaging include plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans, etc.
The width of the film is designed according to the size of a group of bottles specified by the customer. The conveyance of a group of bottles can take any form, and the most common ones are arrangements of 3×4 = 12 bottles and 4×6 = 24 bottles.

On the film wrapping machine or carton packaging machine, there is a bottle infeed conveyor. The conveyor is equipped with bottle dividing plates. The bottle infeed conveyor can move round bottles, and a large number of round bottles can pass through each partition evenly under the conveyor’s drive. Since round bottles are easy to roll, this smooth passage is achievable.
However, if the customer’s bottles are square, bottle jams are likely to occur during the conveying process. The bottles cannot be evenly distributed to each channel. In such cases, a bottle lane divider is required. The bottle lane divider can evenly distribute the bottles to each channel through the swinging motion of the servo motor and the counting function of the photoelectric PLC.
