Carbonated drink production line:
The whole carbonated drink production line mainly includes carbonated/soft drink processing part, water treatment system, bottle blow molding machine, bottle washing-filling-capping machine, bottle warming machine, bottle blow dryer, bottle labeling machine, code printer, bottle film shrink packing machine.

1. Syrup Melting Tank

4. Filter
Function: Removes particulate impurities (e.g., undissolved solids, contaminants) from the syrup or mixed beverage to ensure clarity and consistency. Common types: cartridge filters or membrane filters.
5. CO2 Filter

6. Water Chiller

7. Carbonator

Water Treatment
Classification Water treatment equipment comes in a vast variety. Working Principle of Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment
This type of machine functions by exerting high pressure to force water through a semi – permeable membrane. During this procedure, it efficiently removes dissolved salts, organic compounds, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities present in the water, ultimately producing high – purity water.
Components

1. Isobaric Filling Principle
When filling carbonated beverages, after the filling valve seals with the bottle mouth, carbon dioxide gas is first injected into the bottle to balance the pressure inside the bottle with that in the liquid storage tank. Subsequently, the liquid smoothly flows into the bottle under the action of gravity. This avoids foam overflow caused by pressure differences and ensures a stable gas content.
2. Three – in – One Process
Rinsing: High – pressure sterile water or steam is used to quickly flush the inside of the empty bottle, removing impurities and microorganisms.
Filling: The carbonated beverage is precisely injected through a pressure – balancing system, with a liquid – level error of ≤±1%.
Capping: Automatically caps and tightens to seal, with adjustable torque (suitable for different cap materials).

Bottle Warming Tunnel:
The spray sterilization machine is also known as the tunnel sterilization machine or bottle warming machine. When bottles filled with 4 – degree – Celsius beverages come into contact with normal – temperature air, a large number of water droplets will form on the bottle body, which is not conducive to labeling and coding. At this time, a bottle warming machine is required to slowly heat the bottles, then dry them, and finally carry out labeling and coding. The bottle warming machine heats the bottles to room temperature, usually 30 – 35℃. The bottle warming machine is a tunnel – type spraying device that heats the bottle body through the heat exchange of circulating hot water spray. It mainly consists of a frame, a conveyor chain plate, a transmission system, a water storage tank, a circulation pump, a spraying device, a heating device, and pipelines. The bottle warming machine can be further classified into: a bottle warming machine without a sterilization section (direct temperature reduction, standard configuration) and a bottle warming machine with a sterilization section (heating first and then cooling). The bottle warming machine with a sterilization section adopts a four – stage process of pre – heating, sterilization, pre – cooling, and cooling, and sprays and sterilizes items from top to bottom. The sterilization temperature varies for different products. The temperature of the equipment can be set arbitrarily, automatically controlled, maintained at a constant temperature, and automatically recorded. For carbonated beverages, a sterilization section is generally not equipped. However, for beer, a sterilization section can generally be equipped. Categories: Labeling equipment can be categorized into four kinds, which are self – adhesive label – applying equipment, sleeve – label – applying equipment, hot – melt – adhesive OPP – label – applying equipment, and cold – glue paper – label – applying equipment. Varying bottle geometries and dimensions often call for different types of labeling equipment. Also, the manner in which labels are attached to bottles results in different equipment designs. For instance, there are single – sided labeling on round bottles, single – sided two – sided labeling, single – sided three – sided labeling, double – label front – and – back two – sided labeling, and putting three labels on one bottle.
Labeling equipment is commonly used together with coding equipment. Coding equipment is capable of printing the production date onto the bottles. The labeling equipment is connected to the filling equipment and the film – wrapping equipment through a conveyor. Film Packaging Machine
Operating Principle
The film packaging machine is composed of a transportation section, a bottle – sorting section, a film – cutting section, and a shrinking furnace. The transportation section of this machine has a relatively broad structure and is connected to the conveyor belt of the production line. There are bottle – sorting plates on the conveyor belt. When the bottle – grouping mechanism starts to operate, it divides the bottles into groups and feeds them into the film – packaging section. As soon as a group of bottles is packaged, it quickly enters the shrinking furnace. The shrinking furnace operates by motor – driven heating, which tightly shrinks the film around a group of bottles. In this way, the individual bottles are combined into a package that is convenient for transportation. At the rear end of the film packaging machine, a palletizing machine and a stretch – film wrapping machine can be attached.
Film Specification
The width of the film is customized according to the size of a group of bottles as per the customer’s request. The transportation of a group of bottles can be in any format, with 3×4 = 12 bottles and 4×6 = 24 bottles being the most prevalent arrangements.
Types
There are transparent film packaging machines, film packaging machines with colored and printed films, film packaging machines equipped with bottom supports, etc. Different production speeds correspond to different models of film packaging machines.
Consumables and Wear – and – Tear Parts
The consumable material for the film packaging machine is PE film, and the easily – damaged part is the heating element in the shrinking furnace.

Palletizing Machines, Pallet Stack Feeding Machines, and Pallet Wrap – around Machines
Palletizing Machines
Palletizing machines grasp the film – packaged bottles one after another and place them onto pallets. The pallets are automatically allocated by the pallet stack feeding machine. After a stack of bottles has been palletized, it is transferred to the turntable of the pallet wrap – around machine by means of rollers. When the photoelectric device senses the arrival of the pallet, the turntable begins to rotate on its own, and the wrap – around film is wound around the stacked bottles. This ensures that the stack of bottles remains stable during transportation, preventing bottle drops and enabling easy forklift transfer to supermarkets.
There are multiple types of palletizing machines. Some pick up bottles using air – suction methods, while others use robotic manipulators for grabbing. Structurally, there are column – style and gantry – style palletizing machines. The column – style is appropriate for small – scale production lines, and the gantry – style, which offers greater stability and load – carrying capacity, is suitable for large – scale production lines.
Pallet Stack Feeding Machines
Pallet stack feeding machines can automatically distribute pallets. The pallets are the trays at the base of the stack that support the bottles. If the customer needs separator boards as well, an additional machine is necessary to handle this task. Placing the bottom pallets and separator boards can be carried out manually, but automated equipment can enhance efficiency and cut down on labor costs.
Pallet Wrap – around Machines
Wrap – around machines are classified into self – rotating pallet wrap – around machines and non – rotating boom – type wrap – around machines. If the self – rotation of the pallet is stable, an automatic wrap – around machine can be selected. If the pallet is extremely tall and self – rotation might cause items to topple, a non – rotating boom – type wrap – around machine should be chosen. The boom – type wrap – around machine winds the film around the pallet by rotating its boom, making it suitable for high – stack pallets or pallets with irregular shapes.
