Bottled oil filling packing line:

There are generally three types of edible oil filling machines: piston type filling, flow meter type filling, and weighing type filling
1. Piston filling machine: (also based on pneumatic principle)
Principle: By utilizing the reciprocating motion of the piston, the liquid is sucked in and discharged, achieving filling.

Disadvantage: The filling accuracy is affected by the sealing performance of the piston, and the filling speed is relatively slow.

2. Flowmeter type filling machine:

Disadvantages of flow meter filling machine
1. For edible oils with different viscosities, it may be necessary to calibrate and adjust the flow meter.
For edible oil containing particles or solid particles, the flow meter may be affected by blockage.
Due to the mechanical properties of the flow meter, it may require maintenance and replacement after prolonged use.

3. Weighing filling machine:
Principle: Using a weighing sensor to measure the weight of liquid and achieve filling.
Advantages: extremely high filling accuracy, fast speed, and high degree of automation.
Disadvantages: Complex structure, highest cost, and high environmental requirements.

Edible oil bottle blowing machine:

Edible oil bottle blowing machine is specially designed for the production of edible oil packaging bottles. Its working principle is carefully designed based on the characteristics of PET materials. First, the preform is made of high-quality PET raw materials. Through a precise infrared heating device, the PET preform is evenly heated to achieve an ideal softening state. This heating process is crucial, and the temperature and time must be strictly controlled to ensure that the preform has good plasticity in subsequent processing and meets the requirements of edible oil bottles for strength and toughness.
The heated preform is accurately and accurately transferred to a special blow mold through an efficient preform conveying system. This mold is specially designed for edible oil bottles, and fully considers the special needs of edible oil packaging, such as the stability of the bottle body and the sealing of the bottle mouth. Immediately afterwards, the stretch blow molding system starts to work, quickly injecting high-pressure air into the preform, and the preform expands rapidly laterally under the action of high pressure, perfectly fitting the inner wall of the mold. At the same time, with advanced stretching technology, the bottle body structure is further optimized and its pressure resistance is enhanced to better hold edible oil.
Subsequently, the cooling system (equipped with a professional chiller) quickly intervenes to quickly cool and shape the expanded preform. This process can effectively fix the shape of the bottle, ensure that the bottle body is accurate in size and has a smooth surface. The cooling water is specially treated to avoid any contamination of the bottle body, which meets the hygiene standards for edible oil packaging.
The edible oil bottle blow molding machine consists of several key parts. Big Oil bottle linear type filling machine:

For Edible oil filling machines, we have both linear types and rotary types, and rotary types have filling and capping inside the same machine frame, usually used for small bottles with screw type cap. Linear type is normally used for filling large bottles. We have flow meter type, weighing type, and piston type filling methods.
The linear large bottle oil filling machine is mainly used for the filling operation of large-sized edible oil bottles. It is composed of a filling conveyor, main frame, roller chain device, filling head, feeding system, control system, etc. Equipped with a dual anti drip vacuum suction device to prevent dripping or spillage. The filling head automatically descends to the barrel mouth, the main pump automatically opens, pressurizes filling, and the main pump controls the flow rate through frequency conversion for easy adjustment. When the filling amount reaches 95% of the preset amount, the main pump will automatically change to low speed filling to avoid liquid splashing and ensure filling accuracy.

1. Working Principle:

The automatic rotary two-in-one oil bottle filling machine integrates the functions of filling and capping. Oil Bottle Film Shrink Wrapping Machine:

The equipment is made of bottle feeding conveyor part, Bottles sorting part, Film cutting packing part, shrink heating tunnel, fan chilling part, roller conveyor output part and electric control system, pneumatic control parts and so on. It is produced on the basis of shrinking after film heating. Palletizer Units, Stacking Pallet Feeders, and Pallet Stretch – Film Wrapper

Palletizer Units

Palletizer units pick up the film – covered bottles one by one and place them on pallets. The pallets are automatically fed by the stacking pallet feeders. Once a stack of bottles is palletized, it is conveyed to the rotating platform of the pallet stretch – film wrapper through rollers. When the photoelectric sensor senses the arrival of the pallet, the rotating platform starts to rotate, and the stretch film is wound around the stacked bottles. This makes the stack of bottles more stable during transportation, preventing bottle drops and facilitating forklift transportation to supermarkets.
There are various forms of palletizer units. Some use air – pressure – induced suction to pick up bottles, and some use mechanical arms for grabbing. Structurally, there are column – type and gantry – type palletizer units. The column – type units are suitable for small – scale production lines, and the gantry – type units, with better stability and higher load – bearing capacity, are suitable for large – scale production lines.

Stacking Pallet Feeders

Stacking pallet feeders can automatically distribute pallets. The pallets are the trays at the bottom of the stack that support the bottles. If the customer also wants partition boards, another machine is required to handle this. Placing the bottom pallets and partition boards can be done manually, but automated equipment can improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Pallet Stretch – Film Wrapper

The stretch – film wrapper is divided into self – rotating pallet stretch – film wrapper and non – rotating boom – type stretch – film wrapper. If the self – rotation of the pallet is steady, an automatic stretch – film wrapper can be chosen. If the pallet is very high and self – rotation may cause items to fall, a non – rotating boom – type stretch – film wrapper is needed. The boom – type stretch – film wrapper wraps the film around the pallet by rotating its boom, which is suitable for high – stack pallets or pallets with non – regular shapes.
